Support Workers are there for the moments that make up daily life. You might be cooking a favourite meal, helping with shopping, or supporting someone to keep on top of their health needs. You’ll also help with personal care, like washing or dressing, always with respect and centred on the person’s needs.
No two days are ever the same. One day could be planning a trip to the seaside, another might be building new routines or enjoying hobbies together. Whatever the activity, you’ll be working alongside people to make sure life feels fulfilling and their goals are within reach.
