Brandon Trust is a charity that supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live the life they choose.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Bristol, Brandon Trust is a UK charity that employs more than 2,000 people and supports around 1,600 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Our teams work in homes and communities across the South West, South East, London and the West Midlands, helping people build independence, confidence and meaningful lives.

Our approach is built around the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to live a life that feels full and rewarding to them. That means supporting people to develop everyday life skills, access education or employment, pursue hobbies and interests, build friendships and feel connected to their community.

Support looks different for everyone. For some people it might mean helping them manage their home or learn new practical skills. For others it might involve supporting them to try new activities, build confidence or take steps towards greater independence. The goal is always the same: helping people live life on their own terms.

Our colleagues play a vital role in making that happen. Every day they help people achieve things that might once have felt out of reach, whether that’s learning something new, gaining confidence, or simply enjoying the freedom to make their own choices.
